The TV biz has changed substantially over the past few years, and so has our society’s perception of it. We could inundate our visitors with pertinent facts and figures, but letting the culture itself demonstrate the changes is more fun.
Especially when we’re doing it through another evolving media: “Hey, kids, cartoons!”
Are we seeing a pattern here?
Wait. Here’s another, more important question: Do the creators of these cartoons, found while surfing around the interwebs yesterday, know that the POV they’re presenting has already been superseded?
“Once more unto the breach” (Shakespeare, Henry V, Act 3, Scene 1), not “one more into the breach.” And you’re using it in the wrong context, it doesn’t mean what you think it does, not even close. As a writer, you must be absolutely precise with your references.
Good catch. We’ve deleted the line that offended you. And it hardly hurt – sob, sniffle – at all!
