About the post I just made.

Another big deal behind-the-scenes showbiz personality, Colonel Tom Parker, has often been quoted as saying, back in the 1950’s:

Why should I be good to people on the way up? Elvis is never coming down!

And I’m thinking a situation like that would probably be true today as well. Because power, you know?

Off the top of my head, there’s also one other time when you’ve gotta not just set the bridge on fire but blow the whole damn thing up:

When the whole structure – the bridge and all its appurtenances including people – is toxic. As in deadly.

But, hey, maybe that’s just me?
