I recently found myself in Wales exploring Cardiff Bay. My trip was brief because I was looking over my shoulder the entire time expecting a Dalek to attack me! Luckily I did not encounter one. I did get to see the Road Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay Barrage, and Mermaid Quay. There I stumbled upon a memorial to a friend.
