…Radiant Orchid! Wowza!
Although we here at TVWriter™ prefer to call it by its given name: Pantone 18-3224.
According to somebody named Leatrice Eiseman, who’s the honcho of something called the Pantone Color Institute, this sorta pinkish-purplish concoction was chosen because “an enchanting harmony of fuchsia, purple and pink undertones, Radiant Orchid inspires confidence and emanates great joy, love and health.”
You know, we were just thinking, “Holy shit, everybody, we sure are filled with joy, love and health after gazing upon this ‘captivating purple…[and being drawn in by]…its beguiling charm.
What does the official color of 2014 have to do with writing? Nothing we can think of.
What does it have to do with anything else? Hmm…nothing there either.
We only ran this because we wanted to see if we could beguile you into, oh, say, hiring us for the staff of a show? If it worked, let us know in the comments and our people will eventually getting around to calling you. (Assuming they can tear themselves away from Radiant Orchid, that is.)
You obviously don’t have enough to do. 😉
