As usual, we had a very impressive group of entrants. The scores in general were unexpectedly high, making the judges’ choices extremely difficult. In all three categories, Semi-Finalists were separated from those that didn’t make the hunt by mere fractions of a point. In fact, for the first time in all 18 runnings of the SS, the judges considered over 90% of all the entries to be “professional quality.”

In other words, you were awesome. Everyone who entered should be beaming with delight. Our thanks and congratulations to all who entered.

As with the PEOPLE’S PILOT Semi-Finalists, we’re also posting this list of extraordinary Semi-Finalists on the SPEC SCRIPTACULAR News Page.

Come back in two weeks to see which of the above have made it to the Finals.

We admit it. We’re jazzed.

(Why two weeks? Because next week it’s The PEOPLE’S PILOT Finalists’ turn.)
