Neil Gaiman Returning to DOCTOR WHO

The Life, Doctor Who and Combom Blog confirms that Neil Gaiman, fresh on the heels of winning a Hugo Award for his DOCTOR WHO episode “The Doctor’s Wife,” is writing another one.

“Only a fool or a mad man would try to do it again,” Gaiman said, “so I’m on the third draft.”

io9.Com, however, points out that there is no guarantee that Gaiman’s new episode will show up on the air this season, Gaiman having pointed out that like his earlier script this one too may be pushed back to later for budgetary reasons. read article
