io9.Com, however, points out that there is no guarantee that Gaiman’s new episode will show up on the air this season, Gaiman having pointed out that like his earlier script this one too may be pushed back to later for budgetary reasons.

Oh God, Shawn Ryan’s got a deal at CBS to do a BEVERLY HILLS COP series but he’s stuck with Eddie Murphy being involved. Worse yet, Murphy might even have ideas and opinions!
This time he’s producing a courtroom drama based on a British show and to be written by a cult fave U.S. writer. In other words: There’s hope!)
