  1. Cal Clements Sr. gave me my start on DR. KILDAIRE. I pitched him an idea. He told me to write a synopis. Not knowing what a “synopis” was, I came back 4 days later with the whole script. It went into production almost as is. Years later I was on a series — can’t recall the name — but Cal told me his son Cal Jr. had some stories he wanted to pitch. And the cycle repeated. Cal was really one of a kind! What’a man! gs
