Dawn McElligott, sometimes known here as “Quetzalcoatl,” became interested in creating TV shows after gleaning numerous life lessons from American sitcoms. She taught French and Spanish before becoming an award winning screenwriter, including a finalist in several TVWriter™ contests.
Dawn has contributed numerous articles to Indie Slate magazine, considered “the bible of independent filmmaking,” and MiND TV in Philadelphia has broadcast three of her mini-documentaries (which you can find on YouTube). The first thing she did after recently relocating to Los Angeles was attend a Writer’s Assistant Intensive Seminar to further understand and appreciate all the time and effort put into the making of each TV show.
