EDITED JUNE 4th TO ADD: Our contests are now closed, and at first glance this is the most successful running of both in terms of the number of entries. Our thanks to everyone who entered. You’ll be hearing from us soon about our thoughts regarding all the contest excitement, after which we at TVWriter™ will embark on what to us is the next big challenge: The judging!
EDITED JUNE 2nd TO ADD: GOOD NEWS! Our merchant account is up and running again and people are entering the contest once more. We said we would keep entries open until 11:59 pm Pacific Time on June 3rd and that’s what we’re doing. The People’s Pilot and Spec Scriptacular Contests march on! Our thanks to everyone for your patience!
EDITED JUNE 1st TO ADD: UNBELIEVABLE! On June 1st, with only 5 1/2 hours to go on our original deadline, TVWriter™’s merchant account went down. Its servers are completely out, so there’s no way to process any payments.
In order to make it up to everyone affected by this, we’re officially extending the deadline by 48 hours, until June 3, 2013 at 11:59 a.m. Our apologies to everyone. Thanks for understanding. And special thanks to Daymond Roman for being the first person to tell us of the problem.
